Plan Implementation

Implementation of plan budget starts in the following ways:

  1. Examination proposals for diversions & reappropriations.
  2. Additionalities are provided from those schemes/Heads, which have the possibility of high/low intensity of expenditure.
  3. Revised outlays are sent to Planning Commission, Govt. of India for their approval.
  4. Advices on financial and policy matters are given to different departments.
  5. Entire plan linked with computer software to budget.
  6. Actual expenditure details are supplied to Finance Ministry and Planning Commission, Govt. of India for the release of ACA on year to year basis.
  7. Audited expenditure details of plan are collected from all the departments and after having processed the same is supplied to Ministry of Finance and Planning Commission, Govt. of India for getting the release of withheld A.C.A.
